DJ The Duck provides live entertainment, media, lighting, and consulting services sold directly to customers through this website.
Bookings. A booking is confirmed once you accept our written quote and we receive the deposit or payment stated in it. The quote describes the services, date, location, and price for your event.
Payments. Payments are made online through our payment provider. Any remaining balance is due as stated in your quote.
Changes and cancellations. Changes to date, time, or services must be agreed in writing. Cancellations are handled according to your written quote and our Refund Policy.
Responsibility. You agree to provide safe access to the venue and the power and space needed for the agreed services.
